Human Rights Education for Orphan Children

The Organization for Reform and Development in Educational System, ORDSE starts on July 1st the project Human Rights Education in Boarding Schools of Moldova. The project is supported by United States and Norwegian embassies.

About 60 form masters from boarding and community schools will be trained in organizing and delivering Human Rights sessions, 3000 pupils will be aware of HR issues as a result of peer-led workshops.

An Inter-school Contest on HR will be organized amongst Moldavian boarding schools at the project end in April 2011.

Moldavian NGOs acting in HR field, potential local and foreign donors are welcome to join the project.
