Call of participants at Youth Exchange "Urban Citizenship in Trasnsition" in Germany

CISR e.V., in close cooperation with Interra Saqartvelo and „MilleniuM” Training and Development Institute, invites young professionals and activists from Moldova working with people with migrant or refugee backgrounds to apply for the International Lab: Urban Citizenship in Transition.

During our lab, which will take place from August to December, we will focus on:

— How can we approach inequalities in cities and create diverse spaces?

— How can we support newcomers in navigating their city’s public environment and fostering interactions with others?

— What sociocultural and creative urban practices can empower newcomers to become active community members and citizens?

We will explore these and further issues while getting to know creative practices in Berlin, networking and exchanging related experiences from the project countries, and developing ideas for follow-up projects which can be supported via microgrants.
