📣 MilleniuM Training and Development Institute anounced the  Call for youth workers from Republic of Moldova to take part in the Training Course "Identifying and Overcoming Burnout: Essential Practices for Youth Workers", 9-16 May 2022 in Bukowina Tatrzańska, Poland❗

Identifying and Overcoming Burnout: Essential Practices for Youth Workers is a TC for empowering youth workers to apply improvisation as an innovative tool to increase the the professional and personal competences of Youth Workers on empathic communication, self-care methods and recognition of personal needs oriented to prevent situations of burnout.

What we want to achieve:
✔ Improve youth workers self-awareness, communication and social skills and competencies, (empathic communication with individuals and groups, non violent communication, face stress management,..);
✔ Enhance participant emotional and cognitive developments to improve their learning processes and interpersonal communications
✔ Increase the capacity of youth workers by enriching their working methods with improvisational theater by offering activities that better respond to the challenges they are faced on;
✔ To boost the involvement of governmental and non-governmental institutions in securing and supporting young people to improve their soft skills;
✔ To provide a space for sharing best practices focusing on using non-formal educational methods in the field of youth work;
✔ To introduce Youth Pass as a tool for self-assessment, evaluation and recognition of non-formal learning;
✔ Foster international development cooperation between European, Caucasian and Eastern partnership regions and their neighboring countries.
