On April 1, at the beginning of Jazz Appreciation Month, America House Chisinau invites everyone to learn about the remarkable life and career of jazz trumpeter and bandleader Louis Armstrong.
Louis Armstrong was one of the most influential musicians of all time. His matchless trumpet playing and unmistakable voice helped bring jazz into mainstream American life.
With over a dozen of his classic film performances, numerous television and concert performances as well as never before seen home movies and nightclub footage from 1935, this documentary is the most comprehensive look at this American icon.
