Movie Screening and Discussion Session at America House Chisinau | The Lavender Scare

The Cultural Center of the US Embassy in the Republic of Moldova, America House Chisinau invites you to a discussion session on diversity and inclusion topics with Christian Burstall, Political Officer in the U.S. Embassy to Moldova.

Together we will screen the documentary - The Lavender Scare (2017), which tells the little-known story of an uninterrupted federal government campaign to identify and fire all employees suspected of being gay. And our special guest will introduce you to the documentary and lead a discussion session afterward. 

The event will take place on June 23, starting at 5 PM, at the America House Chisinau office located at 27 Mitropolit Bănulescu Bodoni Street, Chisinau.
