HR-Consulting on behalf of its client, The Embassy of Netherlands in Moldova, is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of Assistant General Affairs

Description of duties
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail;
• Handling incoming and outgoing diplomatic pouches, couriers, shipments, removals etc.;
• Preparing the necessary paperwork and giving follow up to the import and export process;
• Assisting in the request of quotations and advising on purchases, services etc. for the embassy;
• Assisting when translation is needed, inside as well as outside the office;
• Carrying out simple Word, Excel and Outlook processing;
• Providing general organizational, administrative and consular support when and where necessary.
• Preparing, carrying out and completing driving assignments independently, in accordance with instructions received;
• Keeping the registration of driving assignments and preparing monthly reports;
• Be accountable for day-to-day vehicle maintenance, advising on vehicle maintenance and making simple repairs;
• Managing the paper and carton waste recycling of the mission;
• Managing the office and other supplies, as well as small maintenance in the office and residency;
• Providing general logistic support when and where necessary, for instance during incoming visits, assisting with the organization of events etc.

Job requirements
• Secondary vocational education completed;
• 1-4 years relevant work experience in organizational, administrative and logistic support, preferably in an international setting;
• Excellent organization skills;
• Good communication and people skills;
• Ability to work proactively, with a good sense of humor and with great flexibility;
• Excellent command of the English, Romanian and Russian languages, orally and in writing;
• Moldovan drivers’ license B, held for at least 5 years.
