HR Operations Manager


The HR Operations Manager will play a significant role to evolve employee experience. This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact. You'll get to work in a diverse environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about the work they do.

Responsibilities:

  • General management of all HR functions
  • Develop employee experience, including satisfaction surveys, enhance alignment with corporate culture
  • Organizational design, including grading system, job profiles analysis
  • Implement and control complete and accurate employee data to the HRIS system
  • Develop performance management system and succession planning
  • In partnership with HRD Ukraine & Moldova to develop and implement a compensation and benefits system
  • Annual workforce planning and budgeting
  • Develop, update, and implement company policies and guidelines
  • Participation in all HR projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful experience in HR Management
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • English level B1 minimum in spoken and written language
  • Solution-oriented, reliable, flexible, and a great team player
  • Able to work proactively and in a structured manner
  • Willingness to irregular group-wide travel up to 10%
