Consultancy Contract for

“Protection from Violence Core Competency in Romania and Moldova”

 

The Norwegian Refugee Council is soliciting bids from reputable providers, for a Consultancy Agreement for Protection from Violence Core Competency in Romania and Moldova.

The procedure for applying for this tender:

The envelope should be sealed.

The envelope should be stamped / signed.

Write the (RFP) tender reference RFP/ROMO/CO/23/019 on the envelope from outside.

  • The deadline for submission of the tender documents is 5th June 2023 23:00 PM Moldova time.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of professional, operational experience in a humanitarian protection programming and policy.
  • Excellent understanding of humanitarian protection policy and standards, particularly protection from violence
  • Master’s degree in International law, social sciences, or an area relevant to the scope of work.
  • Experience drafting policy or program design documents
  • Experience conducting feasibility papers, after action reviews or other participatory program review processes
  • Experience interacting with national partners including government and non- government actors in humanitarian and/or development contexts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel and access the countries with the scope (Moldova and Romania)
  • Fluency in English required, competency in one additional language – Russian, Ukrainian or Romanian– an advantage.
