Consultancy Contract for
“Protection from Violence Core Competency in Romania and Moldova”
The Norwegian Refugee Council is soliciting bids from reputable providers, for a Consultancy Agreement for Protection from Violence Core Competency in Romania and Moldova.
The procedure for applying for this tender:

Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional, operational experience in a humanitarian protection programming and policy.
- Excellent understanding of humanitarian protection policy and standards, particularly protection from violence
- Master’s degree in International law, social sciences, or an area relevant to the scope of work.
- Experience drafting policy or program design documents
- Experience conducting feasibility papers, after action reviews or other participatory program review processes
- Experience interacting with national partners including government and non- government actors in humanitarian and/or development contexts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel and access the countries with the scope (Moldova and Romania)
- Fluency in English required, competency in one additional language – Russian, Ukrainian or Romanian– an advantage.
