People in Need Moldova is looking for service providers who will provide the Venue Services for all Projects
People in Need (PIN) is a Czech non-governmental organization that provides relief aid and development assistance while working to defend human rights and democratic freedom. It is one of the largest relief and development organizations in post-communist Europe and has administered projects in 37 countries over the past 30 years. People in Need has been working in Moldova since 2003, implementing projects in the field of economic development, organic agriculture, civil society, and youth development and education. People in Need (PIN) strives for a world in which people are not restricted by an unfree society, poverty, lack of opportunities or discrimination. We believe our world can be a better place for people who are suffering from poverty, injustice or inequality. We also believe that people who are in need can play an active role in making global development more inclusive and sustainable.
PIN is looking for service providers who will provide the venue services including hotel, conference room, catering services (coffee break, business lunch banquet services).
The preferred bidders will be required to enter into a framework contract of fixed price with multiple of bidders (known as cascade system) for a period of one year with PIN for the provision of venue service on conditions set out in the Annex II of the tender documentation.
Tender offer (bid submitted by the tenderer) shall consist of the following documents:
- Sworn Eligibility statement (Annex I), filled, signed and stamped
- General Information of tenderer (company’s brochure, related experience evidence including contracts an etc)
- All Legal Business License
- Clearly filled Quotation (Annex II), filled, signed and stamped

Tender offers have to be submitted by e-mail to PIN e-mail box tender.moldova@peopleineed.net before 17:00, 10 October, 2022. Bids received after the closing time and date will not be considered.
