RE-Tender no.91157954 for the Procurement of Air Conditioners



The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is announcing a tender for the procurement of air conditioners for training laboratories in educational institutions within its project “Support to Vocational Education and Training in the field of Green Economy”.

The provider shall ensure goods transportation to the final beneficiary located in:

1. Technological College, Bender;          

2. Tiraspol Agrarian - Technical College M. V. FRUNZE, Tiraspol;

3. Industrial and Construction Technical College, Tiraspol.

Under the guidance and supervision of the GIZ management and in cooperation with the Coordination Council for Technical and Humanitarian Assistance in Tiraspol, the successful supplier shall provide the goods to the final beneficiaries.

All goods will be exempted from all import costs, customs clearance, customs duties and duties for customs procedures, including on the left bank of the Dniester. The confirmatory documents will be presented to the winner of the tender. At the entrance on the left side of the Dniester he will be accompanied by the beneficiary and financier with all the confirmatory documents to ensure free entrance to the left bank.

  • Offer in Russian, Romanian or English language (duly signed and stamped), indicating
    • unit price for each position and a total price calculated in MDL at 0% VAT;
    • costs of installation, considering all particularities described in technical specifications.

  • Time schedule of delivery;
  • Certificates of origin for the goods offered and warranty certificates;
  • Copy of the registration certificate, other relevant licenses, permits and certificates
  • Short description/overview of the company experience and qualification;
  • Contact information for the bidder and responsible person;
  • In case of consortia an agreement between parties should be presented;

The supplier of equipment will assure installation and operationalization of equipment together with beneficiary representatives. A delivery and acceptance act will be elaborated and signed by both parties.

All documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, showing the tender name and number (91157954) on it.

The applications shall be delivered to the address of GIZ Office Chisinau. (MD-2001 Chisinau

РЕ-Тендер №. 91157954 по закупке кондиционеров

Немецкое Агентство по Международному Сотрудничеству (GIZ) объявляет тендер на закупку кондиционеров для учебных лабораторий в учебных заведениях в рамках своего проекта «Поддержка профессионального образования и обучения в области зеленой экономики».

Поставщик должен обеспечить транспортировку товаров конечному получателю в:

1. Технологический колледж, г. Бендеры;

2. Тираспольский аграрно-технический колледж им. М. В. ФРУНЗЕ, г. Тирасполь;

3. Промышленно-строительный техникум, г. Тирасполь.

Под руководством и контролем руководства GIZ и в сотрудничестве с Координационным советом по технической и гуманитарной помощи в Тирасполе Поставщик должен предоставить Товары конечным бенефициарам.

Все Товары будут освобождены от всех затрат на ввоз, таможенное оформление, таможенные пошлины и пошлины за таможенные процедуры, в том числе на левом берегу Днестра. Подтверждающие документы будут представлены победителю тендера, при въезде на левый берег Днестра его будут сопровождать Бенефициар и Заказчик со всеми подтверждающими документами для обеспечения свободного входа на левый берег.

  • Сертификаты происхождения на предлагаемые товары и Гарантийные сертификаты;
  • Копия свидетельства о регистрации, других соответствующих лицензий, разрешений и сертификатов.

  • Контактная информация претендента и ответственного лица;
  • В случае консорциума должно быть представлено соглашение между сторонами;

Поставщик оборудования обеспечит установку и ввод оборудования в эксплуатацию вместе с представителями Бенефициара. Будет разработан и подписан обеими сторонами акт приема-передачи.

Все документы должны быть представлены в запечатанном конверте с указанием названия и номера тендера (91157954).

RE-Tender nr. 91157954 pentru achiziționarea Aparatelor de aer Condiționat

Agenția de Cooperare Internațională a Germaniei (GIZ) anunță tender pentru achiziționarea Aparatelor de aer Condiționat pentru laboratoarele de formare din instituțiile de învățământ în cadrul proiectului său “Promovarea Învățământului Profesional Tehnic pentru o Economie Verde”.  

Sub îndrumarea și supravegherea managementului GIZ și în cooperare cu Consiliul de Coordonare a Asistenței Tehnice și Umanitare din Tiraspol, Furnizorul va furniza Bunurile Beneficiarilor finali.

Toate Bunurile vor fi scutite de toate costurile de import, vămuire, taxe vamale și taxe pentru procedurile vamale, inclusiv cele de pe malul stâng al Nistrului. Actele justificative vor fi prezentate castigatorului licitatiei; la intrarea pe malul stang al Nistrului, acesta va fi insotit de Beneficiar si Client cu toate documentele justificative pentru a asigura intrarea libera pe malul stang.

Furnizorul asigură transportul mărfurilor către beneficiarul final situat în:

1. Colegiul Tehnologic, str. Timiryazev 5, Bender;

2. Colegiul Agrar - Tehnic Tiraspol M. V. FRUNZE, Tiraspol;

3. Colegiului Industrial şi de Construcţii, Tiraspol.

Ofertanții vor prezenta următorul set de documente:

  • Oferta în original (cu semnătură și ștampilă), calculată pentru fiecare poziție și în total în MDL la cota 0% TVA;
  • Perioada de livrare a bunurilor;
  • Certificatele de origine a bunurilor oferite, Certificate de garanție;
  • Profilul companiei, cu descrierea experienței și calificărilor în domeniu;
  • Datele de contact ale ofertantului și ale persoanei responsabile de ofertă;
  • Copia certificatului de înregistrare, a licențelor și permiselor aferente activităților;
  • În cazul consorțiilor, trebuie prezentat un acord între părți;

Furnizorul de echipamente va asigura instalarea și operaționalizarea echipamentelor acolo unde este necesar împreună cu reprezentanții Beneficiarului. Un act de livrare si recepție va fi elaborat si semnat de ambele parți.

Furnizorul va include toate costurile în oferta financiară.

 Ofertele se vor depune în plicuri sigilate, cu indicarea denumirii și numărului de tender (91157954) pe plic.

Ofertele se vor livra la adresa Oficiului GIZ Chisinau (MD-2001 Chișinău, bd. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt 73/1, NBC - National Business Center, et.9) până la data de  17.01.2022, orele 17:00.
