Design of the updated publications for Invest Moldova and Invest Gagauzia
The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for a company to design of the updated publications for Invest Moldova and Invest Gagauzia within its “Government Advice on Economic Development” project.
The objective of the assignment is to design the updated publications for the Invest Moldova and Invest Gagauzia (Edition 2021).
To achieve the objective the contractor shall perform the following tasks:
- amending the content,
- updating photos and graphic elements,
- re-shuffling the layout,
- adding pages with content to selected brochures, taking into consideration the existing overall design of the publication.
The selected Company will conduct activities according to the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Required qualifications:
A successful bidding company is expected to meet at least the following requirements:
- be a legal entity registered in the Republic of Moldova,
- prove at least 5 years of professional experience in providing design services on the Moldovan market,
- provide excellent in-house expertise in the field of graphical design, as well as solid backstopping support,
- prove availability of specialized software,
- comply to the principles of Quality Management regarding the organization and implementation of consulting services.
The successful bids shall include:
- Financial offer (in a separate document), containing the amount for the realization of each activity / deliverable, as well as a total budget expressed in MDL, VAT exclusive.
- Technical offer containing (in a separate document):
- Company overview (profile), work samples and references (contact data) proving experience in business activity area, especially related to specific topic;
- Copy of the company registration certificate in the Republic of Moldova, any available licenses, permits, professional qualification certificates relevant for the assignment;
- Company bank data, including bank name, code, and IBAN in MDL.
Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
